One thing Ive noticed for a while now (and been guilty of myself) is people spreading themselves too thin with their social media strategy and its ruining their results.

They're trying to do Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Twitter, Pinterest and nothing is working particularly well.

Especially with all of the tools nowadays to repurpose content and cross promote on every platform, its enticing trying to add more and more to your plate thinking it'll help you grow.

You end up splitting your time evenly across every platform which only slows you down further and if you're doing it all on your own, the overwhelm usually kicks in before you get any real traction.

But there is a better solution to this...

Pick one platform, and put all of your focus there. Learn the platform, learn the content format, follow other creators in the niche, really dive into your analytics to see what is or isn't working, spend time commenting on other peoples posts in the niche.

You'll start to improve your content, you'll build momentum & confidence, the algorithm will better understand who to push your content to and you'll see results a lot faster than spreading yourself across every platformIf you want.

If you are dead set on hitting every platform, you can set up an automation so that every time you post on your main platform, its automatically distributed to the other platforms, but you should only be putting your attention on one platform + email to then sell to these people.

Once you have built momentum, and you know what you're doing, you can add in a second platform which you'll be able to grow faster because you'll have an audience you can transfer, you'll have confidence, skills and you probably have a bit more of a budget to work with after the first channel has done well.
