Hey team,
I was recently asked on a podcast 'how do I create content for a service based business if I can't share my clients details' which is something Ive been asked a few times now
It could be applicable to many professions where privacy is important, where you've signed NDA's or if you're simply not wanting to reveal your clients
Nothing wrong with that, but whats the work around to create content that still grows your business?
The easiest way, is to talk about whats happening in your industry, adding your expert take to things
If you're a lawyer, talk about whatever is trending and discuss the legal ramifications of whats going on
Because people are already interested in the situation, it grabs attention, match that up with an expert coming in, people will be all over that content
You can apply this to literally any niche, theres always a trending news story that you can weigh in with your expertise on and the content will always perform well
If you want to take it the extra mile, reference your clients within the content without revealing any details 'we had a similar situation with a client a few years back and ___ happened' which builds in some social proof/authority
Even if you can talk about client details in your content, I recommend you start creating this type of content too, as it brings in a ton of views, reaches the right people and builds authority
If you want to watch the full podcast episode in which I dive into this, check it out on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNyDlnA3imw&t=8s
Hope this helps,
Josh
